Amazon Campus Pickup is a ‘Buy Online, Pick Up in Store’ model. It provides Amazon Prime members Free Same Day (order by noon, pick up after work) or Free One Day (order by 10 PM, pick up in the morning) pickup on millions of items. It also enables free returns for all customers at our secure pickup locations, while driving value for Amazon by reducing the last mile costs.

I supervised UX, Visual Design and Branding of Amazon Pickup on all digital and physical properties of Amazon. The video below tells the story of end-to-end customer journey and value prop for using our pickup locations. The password for the video is "ACPE2018".
